2. Data collected when visiting the site

This site is static and forgoes tracking, cookies and analytics tools. When you access the site, our hoster's (IONOS) web server only records technically necessary log data (IP address, date/time, browser, operating system, requested resource). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Log data is deleted or anonymised within 7 days.

3. Contacting us (email, phone)

If you contact us by email, phone or via the contact form, we store your data to process the enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Data is deleted once the matter is fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Map service (OpenStreetMap)

On certain pages (in particular the accident intake form) we embed maps from OpenStreetMap. Provider: OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to OpenStreetMap to deliver the tiles. For address-to-coordinate lookup we also use the Nominatim service of the same foundation. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 – 21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Our website is hosted by IONOS SE in Germany. All data is transmitted end-to-end encrypted via TLS (HTTPS).
