Report a traffic accident
Have you been involved in an accident through no fault of your own? Report the damage through us and skip the detour via the opposing insurer. We handle the full claim settlement – attorney's fees are reimbursed by the opposing liability insurer if you are not at fault.

1. Stay calm
Secure the scene. Help the injured, call emergency 112 if needed.

2. Document
Photograph positions, damage and surroundings. Note licence plates, names, phone numbers and insurance details of all parties.

3. Police (for injuries or major damage)
Call 110 if there are injuries or the question of fault is unclear. The case number will matter later.

4. Don't admit anything
Don't commit to the opposing insurer and don't accept a settlement amount. Call us first.
