Tenancy Law

Tenancy law governs the relationship between landlords and tenants – from clogged drains to noise levels.

For tenants

We review leases and service charge statements, enforce rent reductions, defend against wrongful terminations and fight for the return of the deposit.

For landlords

We draft leases, enforce rent increases and service charges, issue legally sound warnings and terminations and represent you in eviction proceedings.

Frequently asked questions

Is my service charge statement correct?

Experience shows that every second utility statement contains errors. We review the bill within a week and enforce refunds.

Can my landlord raise the rent at any time?

No. Rent increases are bound by statutory caps (rent index, capping limit) and formal requirements. Nearly every second increase can be challenged.

When is a termination by the landlord unlawful?

When the grounds are not substantiated, the notice period was miscalculated, or personal-need is merely pretended. We assess validity within days.
